Walsall Secures Victory at The Hive Stadium Despite Barnet’s Dominating Possession
London, August 16, 2025 – In a hard-fought match at The Hive Stadium, Walsall emerged victorious against Barnet, even though the home side dominated possession with 66%. The match, officiated by Abigail Byrne and part of the League Two regular season’s third round, was filled with intensity and key moments.
Walsall surprised early on with two quick goals. C. Barrett opened the scoring in the 2nd minute, assisted by C. Lakin, followed by A. Pressley in the 22nd minute, assisted by M. Hancock.
