Barcelona Dominates Atlético de Madrid at Camp Nou
Barcelona, Spain – In a match held at Camp Nou, Barcelona prevailed over Atlético de Madrid with a solid performance, demonstrating their superiority in both gameplay and the score. The match, corresponding to the 2025 Copa del Rey semi-finals, saw the home team dominate possession with 71% compared to Atlético’s 29%.
The first goal of the match came in the 29th minute, scored by M. Bernal, after a brilliant assist from Lamine Yamal. Barcelona’s pressure continued, and just before halftime, Raphinha extended the lead by converting a penalty.
In the second half, M. Bernal scored again in the 72nd minute, this time assisted by J. Cancelo, consolidating the victory for Barcelona.
Despite the efforts of Atlético de Madrid, who tried to react with six shots (two of them on target), they failed to breach the Blaugrana defense. Barcelona, on the other hand, generated 20 shots, nine of which were on target.
