River Plate Edges Out Barcelona SC in Thrilling Guayaquil Encounter
Guayaquil, Ecuador – River Plate defeated Barcelona SC 4-3 in a thrilling CONMEBOL Libertadores group stage match at the Estadio Monumental Banco Pichincha. The match, officiated by Colombia’s Wilmar Roldán, was a back-and-forth affair that remained exciting until the final whistle.
