Avaí edged out Operário-PR with a narrow 1-0 victory in a match played at Estádio Aderbal Ramos da Silva in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina on April 16th, 2025. This was the third round of the Brazilian Serie B. Despite having less possession (43%), Avaí showed greater efficiency in attack. Cleber scored the only goal of the game in the 42nd minute, assisted by Marcos Vinicius.
