Atletico Mineiro defeats Atletico Paranaense in a tense match at Arena MRV
Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais – Atletico Mineiro defeated Atletico Paranaense 2-0 in a match played at the Arena MRV, corresponding to matchday 38 of the 2024 Brazilian Serie A. The match, refereed by Rafael Rodrigo Klein, was marked by tension, with a total of five yellow cards handed out between both teams. Atletico Paranaense received three yellow cards (Canobbio, Fernandinho, and Thiago Heleno), while Atletico Mineiro received two (Palacios Alzate and Everson, plus one for Igor Gomes at the end).
