Roma Secures Narrow Victory Against Combative Como at the Olimpico
In a hard-fought match at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, AS Roma secured a narrow victory over Como in a Serie A match on matchday 15. Wesley Franca’s solitary goal in the 61st minute, assisted by M. Soule, proved enough to tip the scales in favor of the home team.
The match was characterized by its intensity and midfield battle. While Roma enjoyed a slight advantage in ball possession (53% compared to Como’s 47%), both teams showed a significant physical display. Roma generated more dangerous chances, accumulating 14 shots (4 on target and 4 off target), while Como tried to surprise with 13 shots (only 1 on target and 5 off target).
