Arminia Bielefeld Overpowers Magdeburg at Home
Bielefeld, Germany – In a match held at the SchücoArena, Arminia Bielefeld secured a convincing victory against 1. FC Magdeburg. The game, part of the 5th matchday of the 2. Bundesliga, saw Arminia take control in the second half, following a goalless first period.
Despite Magdeburg dominating possession with 58%, it was Arminia who capitalized on their chances. M. Corboz opened the scoring in the 52nd minute, assisted by J. Grodowski, and the latter extended the lead ten minutes later, thanks to a pass from M. Mehlem.
