Goalless Draw in Gdynia as Arka and Korona Stalemate
Gdynia, Poland – A hard-fought match at the Stadion Miejski between Arka Gdynia and Korona Kielce ended in a 0-0 draw on matchday nine of the Ekstraklasa. The game, officiated by Mateusz Piszczelok, was characterized by intensity and numerous fouls committed by both teams.
While Korona Kielce enjoyed a slight advantage in ball possession with 51% compared to Arka Gdynia’s 49%, neither team managed to translate their dominance into goals. Arka attempted more shots, with 11 in total, but only 3 were on target, while Korona only managed 9 shots, none of which tested the goalkeeper.
Discipline was also a factor in the match, with a total of five yellow cards shown by the referee. Arka Gdynia accumulated three cautions (K. Jakubczyk, A. Nguiamba, and K.
