Ankaragücü defeats Amedspor in a tense Ankara clash
Ankaragücü secured a 2-0 victory over Amedspor at Ankara’s Eryaman Stadyumu in a matchday 38 clash of the 2024 Turkish 1. Lig season. The game, refereed by Yigit Arslan, was characterized by its tense atmosphere and several bookings.
Despite having less possession (44%), Ankaragücü proved more clinical in attack. Dalcio opened the scoring in the 45th minute, assisted by Owusu, and M. Simsek sealed the win in the 79th minute, with Dalcio providing the assist again.
