Libertad Asuncion Edges Out Alianza Lima in Tense Lima Encounter
Libertad Asuncion secured a 1-0 victory over Alianza Lima in a thrilling match at the Estadio Alejandro Villanueva in Lima, for the 2025 CONMEBOL Libertadores group stage. The game, officiated by Colombia’s Wilmar Roldan, was characterized by tension and frequent stoppages.
