Alaves defeats Leganes in a controversial match

Vitoria-Gasteiz, November 30, 2024.- Deportivo Alaves defeated CD Leganes in a match played at the Estadio de Mendizorroza corresponding to matchday 15 of La Liga 2024. The match, refereed by Isidro Diaz de Mera Escuderos, ended with a 2-0 victory for the home team.

Alaves dominated possession (60%) and created more scoring chances, with 17 shots (7 on target). The effectiveness came in the 67th and 87th minutes, with goals from Oscar Rodriguez and Carlos Vicente respectively. Alaves’ victory was aided by their superiority in the game, with a total of 13 corners.
