Al-Khor Triumphs Over UMM Salal in Thrilling Stars League Match
Al-Khor secured a 3-0 victory against UMM Salal in a captivating match at the Al-Khwar Stadium in Al-Khor, Qatar. The game, part of the 19th round of the 2024 Stars League season, took place on March 28th, 2025. Possession was evenly split (50% each), but the match was characterized by a high number of yellow cards. Al-Khor, despite receiving three yellow cards, proved more clinical in front of goal, scoring three times.
R. Gomes opened the scoring in the 45th minute, assisted by S. Hanni. Hanni then added a second goal in the 58th minute without an assist. R. Gomes completed his brace and sealed the win with a late goal in the 90th minute, assisted by A. Al Mohanadi.
