Al-Jazira Thrashes Ajman in Dominant Display
Abu Dhabi, November 23, 2024.- Al-Jazira cruised to a 4-0 victory over Ajman in the 8th round of the Pro League, played at the Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. The home side dominated possession (54%) and created numerous scoring opportunities throughout the match.
O. Traore was the star of the show, scoring two goals (27th and 74th minutes) and providing one assist. N. Fekir and J. Geusens also added goals (31st and 41st minutes respectively), contributing to the emphatic win. Al-Jazira registered 12 shots, 6 on target, while Ajman managed only 3 shots on goal.
Despite two late yellow cards, Ajman couldn’t prevent the Al-Jazira onslaught. The match, played in a lively atmosphere, ended with a scoreline reflecting the clear gulf in class between the two teams.
