Al-Ittihad Secures Victory in Hard-Fought Match Against Al-Fayha
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – In a match corresponding to round 22 of the Pro League, Al-Ittihad defeated Al-Fayha at King Abdullah Sports City. The home team, with 62% possession, dominated much of the encounter, although Al-Fayha showed resilience.
Y. En Nesyri opened the scoring for Al-Ittihad in the 35th minute, following an assist from M. Doumbia. However, Al-Fayha responded in the 55th minute with a goal from F. Sakala, assisted by Y. Benzia, leveling the score. Al-Ittihad’s dominance finally translated into a goal by H. Kadesh in the 83rd minute, unassisted, which gave them the victory.
