Al-Arabi SC Triumphs Over Al Ahli Doha in Thrilling Stars League Match
Doha, February 23, 2025 – Al-Arabi SC secured a convincing victory over Al Ahli Doha in a thrilling encounter at the Al Thumama Stadium, winning 4-2. The match, part of the 16th round of the 2024 Qatari Stars League season, was full of excitement and twists.
Al Ahli Doha took the lead with a penalty converted by J. Draxler in the 14th minute. However, Al-Arabi SC responded with a display of offensive prowess. H. Aladin equalized in the 29th minute, followed by two goals from Rodri in the 33rd and 45th minutes to turn the game around before halftime.
In the second half, Al Ahli Doha reduced the deficit with a penalty scored by S. Yansane in the 80th minute. But the joy was short-lived, as A. Alaaeldin sealed the victory with a penalty goal in added time.
