Deportivo Binacional defeats ADT in a thrilling match in Tarma
Deportivo Binacional beat ADT 1-2 in an exciting match played at the Estadio Municipal Unión de Tarma this Saturday, April 13th at 8:30 PM, corresponding to round 8 of the Apertura of the Peruvian First Division. The match, refereed by Michael Espinoza, was marked by ADT’s possession superiority (71%), generating numerous goal-scoring opportunities (21 shots, 4 on target), but failing to convert them.
Duque opened the scoring for Binacional in the 13th minute, demonstrating greater effectiveness in finishing. Rengifo equalized for ADT in the 57th minute, sparking hopes for the home side. However, Binacional proved more solid in defense and took advantage of the expulsions of Narváez (double yellow card in the 75th minute) and Moyano (in the 90th minute) in the final minutes to seal the victory. Yellow cards were frequent for both teams, 2 for Binacional and 2 for ADT, but the red cards tipped the balance in favor of the visiting team.
