Académico Viseu defeated Mafra in a thrilling match at the Estádio Municipal do Fontelo in Viseu, corresponding to round 28 of the Portuguese Segunda Liga. The game, played on April 6th, 2025, was a back-and-forth affair. Andre Clovis opened the scoring for Viseu in the 30th minute, assisted by G. Ott. However, Mafra quickly equalized with a goal from Lucas Gabriel in the 40th minute, assisted by D. Beni. Mafra’s Chriso received a yellow card in the 38th minute. Académico Viseu suffered a series of yellow cards: A. Almeida in the 52nd minute, and A. Marinelli in the 60th minute. An own goal by B. Rochez in the 57th minute put Viseu back in the lead, but Andre Clovis scored again in the 67th minute to secure the victory for the home team. B.
