Atlas Secures Narrow Victory Over Puebla at Estadio Jalisco
Guadalajara, Mexico – In a tightly contested match at Estadio Jalisco, Atlas secured a narrow victory over Puebla in the opening round of the Liga MX Clausura 2025. The lone goal of the game came early, in the 8th minute, courtesy of a penalty converted by U. Djurdjevic.
While Atlas held 42% of the possession, Puebla dominated in that aspect with 58%. However, the home side capitalized on their early opportunity and defended their lead.
