Al-Hilal Cruises to Victory Over Al-Raed in Thrilling Encounter
Al-Hilal Saudi FC secured a convincing 5-3 win against Al-Raed in a thrilling match at the King Abdullah Sport City Stadium in Buraidah. The game, part of the Saudi Pro League’s 2024 season, round 30, saw Al-Hilal dominate possession (65%) and create numerous scoring opportunities (18 shots, 9 on target).
Salem Al Dawsari stole the show with a hat-trick, scoring in the 41st, 59th, and 78th minutes. Aleksandar Mitrovic opened the scoring in the 32nd minute, and Malcom added another goal in the 67th. Despite Al-Hilal’s commanding lead, Al-Raed showed their attacking prowess, with two goals from Khaled El Berkaoui (45th and 68th minutes) and a late penalty converted by Sultan Al Amri. The match also saw two yellow cards for each team. Al-Hilal’s dominance in shots on target, corners, and possession highlighted their superior performance.
