Panserraikos Thrashes Volos NFC in Tense Serres Encounter
Panserraikos secured a convincing 3-0 victory over Volos NFC at the Dimotiko Stadio Serron in Serres, Greece. The match, part of the Super League 1 relegation round, was a tense affair, featuring eight yellow cards and one red card.
Volos NFC’s S. Katsikas was sent off in the 24th minute after receiving two yellow cards. Despite playing a man down, Volos managed 12 shots on goal, with 6 on target. However, Panserraikos’ superior possession (58%) and clinical finishing proved decisive.
