Al-Qadisiyah FC Thrashes Al Kholood in Dammam Thriller
Al-Qadisiyah FC secured a resounding 4-1 victory over Al Kholood at the Prince Mohamed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The match, part of the Saudi Pro League’s round 30, saw Al-Qadisiyah dominate possession (65%) and create numerous scoring opportunities (25 shots, 11 on target).
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang starred, netting two goals (13′ and 56′). Juan Quinones also had a standout performance, scoring a brace (27′ and 34′). Al Kholood managed to pull one back with a penalty converted by Jackson Muleka in the 50th minute, but Al-Qadisiyah’s superiority was evident throughout.
The game also saw Al Kholood receive five yellow cards (Al Hawsawi, Collado, Al Shamrani, Al Shamrani, and Ochigbo), while Al-Qadisiyah received one (Puertas). Despite a VAR-ruled-out goal for Aubameyang in the 88th minute, Al-Qadisiyah’s victory was never in doubt. The referee for the match was Andris Treimanis from Latvia.
