Atlético Nacional defeated Deportes Tolima in a thrilling match played at the Estadio Atanasio Girardot in Medellín. The game, corresponding to the fifth round of the 2025 Apertura Primera A, ended with a 4-3 victory for the home team.

In the second half, Deportes Tolima scored again with another goal from Gustavo Lencina (57th minute), leaving the final score at 4-3.
Despite the defeat, Deportes Tolima dominated possession (53%) and had 8 shots (4 on target). Atlético Nacional, on the other hand, had 47% possession and 13 shots (5 on target). Both teams received two yellow cards each. The referee was Diego Alejandro Ruiz Casas.
