Las Palmas edges out Alaves in thrilling comeback victory
Las Palmas secured a dramatic 3-2 victory over Alaves in a thrilling encounter at the Estadio de Gran Canaria on March 14th, 2025. The La Liga match, part of the 28th round, saw Alaves take the early lead before a late Las Palmas surge secured all three points.
Alaves took the lead early on with a goal from T. Martinez in the 7th minute, assisted by S. Mourino. The game saw early yellow cards for both teams, with Joan Jordan (Alaves) and A. Munoz (Las Palmas) receiving cautions. Martinez also picked up a yellow card before half-time.
The second half was even more intense. Several yellow cards were shown to Las Palmas players (S. Ramirez, A. Januzaj, D. Martinez, and M. Fuster), and Alaves also accumulated cautions (N.
