Seattle Sounders Triumph Over Antigua GFC in Thrilling CONCACAF Champions League Match
Seattle, Washington – The Seattle Sounders defeated Antigua GFC 3-1 in a thrilling match at Lumen Field. The game, part of the 2025 CONCACAF Champions League first round, was marked by the home team’s dominance in possession (61%) and shots on goal (6 to 4).
Pablo de la Vega was the standout performer for the Sounders, scoring two goals (minutes 24 and 88). Raúl Arriola also contributed a goal in the 53rd minute. Antigua GFC managed to pull one back through a goal by Jhon Galvez in the 45th minute.
