Getafe snatched a narrow victory against Alaves in Mendizorroza. The match, played on February 9th, 2025 in Vitoria-Gasteiz, ended with a 1-0 scoreline in favor of the Azulones. Despite Alaves’ overwhelming possession (66%), and 11 shots (4 on target), it was Getafe who secured the three points thanks to a penalty converted by Mauro Arambarri in the 44th minute.
