Chesterfield and Wigan played out a thrilling 3-3 draw in the 2nd Round of the EFL Trophy at the SMH Group Stadium in Chesterfield, Derbyshire on December 10th, 2024. The match, refereed by G. Rollason, was a captivating encounter.
Chesterfield dominated possession (65%) and had more shots (8, 4 on target), but Wigan proved more clinical in front of goal. A. Dobra gave Chesterfield the early lead in the 3rd minute, only for C.
