Al-Ahli Jeddah Mounts Comeback to Defeat Al Taawon in Buraidah
In a thrilling match played at the King Abdullah Sport City Stadium in Buraidah, Al-Ahli Jeddah secured a convincing 4-2 victory over Al Taawon. The game, part of the Saudi Pro League’s matchday 13, saw Al Taawon take an early 2-0 lead thanks to goals from J. Pedro (21st minute) and M. Barrow (23rd minute). However, Al-Ahli Jeddah fought back strongly in the second half. Ibanez (45th minute) and Feras Al Brikan (52nd minute) reduced the deficit, and later Firmino (63rd minute) and Mahrez (73rd minute) sealed the victory for the visitors.
