Ituano Suffers Home Defeat Against Amazonas in Thrilling Serie B Match
Itu, São Paulo – In a vibrant match played at the Estádio Municipal Dr. Novelli Júnior, Ituano suffered a defeat against Amazonas in the 38th round of the 2024 Brazilian Serie B. The match, played on November 23rd at 00:30, was marked by an own goal and a red card that swung the balance in favor of the visitors.
Amazonas dominated possession (60%), although Ituano created more goal-scoring opportunities (15 shots to 9). However, Amazonas proved more clinical, scoring an own goal by Rodrigo in the 15th minute.
