Newcastle defeats Nottingham Forest in a thrilling match
Newcastle United defeated Nottingham Forest 4-1 in a vibrant match at The City Ground.
The match started with a yellow card for Newcastle’s Dan Burn in the 7th minute. Nottingham Forest opened the scoring in the 21st minute thanks to a goal from Murillo, assisted by Elanga.
The second half began with a more intense Newcastle, who managed to equalize in the 54th minute with a goal from Alexander Isak. Joelinton put the Magpies ahead in the 72nd minute, after an assist from Isak.
Newcastle sealed the victory in the 83rd minute with a goal from Harvey Barnes, assisted by Sandro Tonali.
The match was marked by the intensity of both teams and by the good performance of Newcastle’s forwards.
