Spartak Moscow crushes Akron in a dominant performance from start to finish
Spartak Moscow achieved a resounding 4-0 victory over Akron in the 15th round of the Russian Premier League. The match, played at the Lukoil Arena in Moscow, was marked by the home team’s dominance from the outset.
Spartak Moscow controlled possession of the ball for much of the game, reaching 74%, and created numerous scoring opportunities. T. Bongonda opened the scoring in the 28th minute with a quality goal, and M. Ugalde extended the lead in the 58th minute. The attacking duo struck again in the 63rd minute, with Bongonda scoring his second goal of the afternoon. Ugalde closed the scoring in the 74th minute with his second personal goal.
