Rapid București vs. UTA Arad: Rapid’s Dominant Victory
Rapid București secured a dominant 2-0 victory over UTA Arad in a match played at the Superbet Arena-Giulești stadium in Bucharest. Rapid controlled the ball possession with 54% and managed to score two goals, one in the 48th minute by A. Pascanu, assisted by C. Petrila, and another in the 71st minute by A. Boupendza, via a penalty.
UTA Arad, on the other hand, had a weaker performance, with 46% possession and only two shots on goal.
The match was marked by several yellow cards. In the 44th minute, J. Hromada of Rapid received a yellow card, followed by R. Onea of the same team in the 45th minute. In that same minute, L. Ghezali of UTA Arad also received a yellow card.
