Shanghai Shenhua edges out Sichuan Jiuniu in a thrilling match
Shanghai, China – Shanghai Shenhua emerged victorious with a 3-2 win over Sichuan Jiuniu in a thrilling encounter at the Shanghai Stadium. The match was a back-and-forth affair, with both teams showcasing their offensive prowess.
The first goal of the game came in the 47th minute, with Andre Luis putting Shanghai Shenhua ahead. Sichuan Jiuniu responded with a goal from E. Kartsev in the 70th minute, assisted by Tiago Leonco. However, their joy was short-lived as M. Orr found the back of the net again in the 78th minute.
Despite trailing, Shanghai Shenhua refused to give up. C. Malele converted a penalty in the 90th minute to equalize the score, and ultimately, Andre Luis scored the winning goal in the 90+3 minute.
