Sevilla crushes Espanyol in a dominant performance
Sevilla FC convincingly defeated Espanyol in a match where they dominated possession and chances. The Nervión side took home the three points thanks to a brace from D. Lukebakio, who opened the scoring in the 20th minute with a shot after an assist from A. S. Lokonga and extended the lead in the 45th minute after an assist from J. Sánchez.
Espanyol, on the other hand, failed to find their rhythm and barely troubled the opposition goal. Despite the changes made by the coach, the white and blue team failed to create any real danger and finished the match with a feeling of inferiority.
