Guadalajara Chivas thrashed Necaxa in a vibrant match
Zapopan, Mexico – Guadalajara Chivas achieved a resounding victory over Necaxa by 4-1 in a vibrant match played at Estadio AKRON on Wednesday.
The game started with an early goal from T. Badaloni for Necaxa in the 5th minute, but Guadalajara Chivas reacted quickly and managed to turn the score around with goals from C. Cowell in the 50th minute, R. Marin in the 56th, V. Guzman in the 59th and R. Monreal in the 79th.
The possession of the ball was in favor of Guadalajara Chivas with 61%, while Necaxa had 39%. In terms of shots, Guadalajara Chivas had 20 (5 on target, 10 off target), while Necaxa had 8 (5 on target, 1 off target). Guadalajara Chivas also performed better in corners, with 6 against Necaxa’s 2.
