FSV Mainz 05 dominates FC St. Pauli with convincing win

FSV Mainz 05 achieved a resounding 3-0 victory over FC St. Pauli in the 6th round of the Bundesliga, played at the Millerntor-Stadion in Hamburg.

Mainz dominated the game from the start, with a dynamic and effective attacking game. Jonathan Burkardt opened the scoring in the 5th minute, after an assist from Philipp Mwene.

In the 16th minute, Aaron Sieb extended the Mainz lead with a goal, again after an assist, this time from N. Amiri.

Mainz maintained control of the game and in the second half, Burkardt sealed the win with his second goal in the 62nd minute, again assisted by Amiri.

St. Pauli, on the other hand, failed to find their game and were outplayed by Mainz’s effectiveness. Despite making several changes in the second half, the Hamburg team could not create danger in the opponent’s area.

FSV Mainz 05 moves up to 12 points in the table, while FC St. Pauli remains with 4.
