RB Leipzig routs FC Augsburg in a convincing 5-1 win
Leipzig, Germany – RB Leipzig dominated FC Augsburg in an exciting match that ended with a score of 5-1. Goals from Benjamin Sesko, two in the first half, and one from Loïs Openda and Xavi Simons in the second half sealed the victory for the home side. The only Augsburg goal was a missed penalty by Jeffrey Gouweleeuw in the 27th minute.

Augsburg’s only moment of joy came in the 27th minute when Gouweleeuw missed a penalty that could have brought the team closer in the score.
