Monza dominates Brescia in Coppa Italia
Monza dominated the second round of the Coppa Italia with a convincing 4-1 victory over Brescia at the U-Power Stadium.
The match began at a frenetic pace, with Monza taking the lead early on. Kyriakopoulos opened the scoring in the 5th minute with a precise finish assisted by Martins. Just six minutes later, Pessina extended the lead with a goal that came from a Kyriakopoulos assist.
Brescia tried to react, but Monza was relentless. Caprari scored the third goal from the penalty spot in the 40th minute.
Brescia bid farewell to the match in the 68th minute when Nuamah scored a consolation goal.
Monza demonstrated a remarkable superiority throughout the match, dominating possession and creating numerous goal-scoring opportunities. Brescia, on the other hand, was overwhelmed and could not find a way to stop their opponent’s offensive storm.
