Al-Ittihad FC defeats Al Taawon in an exciting match
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – Al-Ittihad FC overcame Al Taawon in a hard-fought match that ended with a 3-1 scoreline, in the second round of the Saudi Pro League. The game was played at the King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, under the direction of Slovakian referee Ivan Kružliak.
The first half was characterized by intense play, with both sides looking to control the ball and create scoring opportunities. Yellow cards were the hallmark of this first half, with F. Previously, Aouar had received a yellow card in the 90th minute, but the goal from the spot sealed the victory.
In the closing minutes, the game became more intense and five more yellow cards were issued, as well as a double expulsion by Al Taawon. A. Al Saluli saw his second yellow and was sent off in the 90th minute, and his teammate M. Al Mufarrij also received a yellow card. Additionally, Al Taawon received two red cards to unspecified players.
