Marseille beats Reims in a thrilling match
Marseille defeated Reims 3-2 in a thrilling match at the Orange Vélodrome. The match was marked by the intensity and struggle of both teams, with a total of 31 shots on goal and 23 fouls.
Marseille started dominating possession of the ball and had several scoring opportunities in the first half. In the 25th minute, Amine Harit opened the scoring for Marseille with a quality goal, assisted by Quentin Merlin.
Reims reacted in the second half, tying the game thanks to a goal from Sékou Akieme in the 51st minute and another from Yunis Fofana in the 55th minute.
However, Marseille did not give up and managed to regain the lead with a goal from Morgan Greenwood in the 71st minute, sealing the victory.
