Palmer Shines with Hat-Trick, but Wolves Make it a Tight Finish

Wolverhampton, England – In a match held at Molineux Stadium, Chelsea secured a victory in a game they largely dominated, yet ended with a tense finish thanks to a Wolves comeback. C. Palmer was the star of the match, scoring a hat-trick that paved the way for the “Blues” triumph.

Palmer opened the scoring from the penalty spot on two occasions, in the 13th and 35th minutes, showcasing his precision and composure. Shortly after, in the 38th minute, Palmer completed his hat-trick with a goal from open play, assisted by M. Cucurella, solidifying Chelsea’s superiority in the first half.

In the second half, the Wolves showed a better face and managed to pull one back in the 54th minute with a goal from T. Arokodare, assisted by A. Armstrong. This goal gave new momentum to the home team, which while unable to overturn the scoreline, did make it uncomfortable for Chelsea until the end.

Chelsea dominated possession with 67% compared to the Wolves’ 33%. The “Blues” also generated more goal-scoring opportunities, with 15 shots in total, 6 of which were on target.
