Osasuna Secures Thrilling Victory in Vallecas with Late Goals
Madrid – In a hard-fought match at the Campo de Futbol de Vallecas, Osasuna emerged victorious against Rayo Vallecano in a vibrant encounter decided in the final minutes. Despite having only 33% possession compared to Rayo Vallecano’s 67%, Osasuna capitalized on their opportunities, converting three goals against Rayo Vallecano’s one.
Rayo Vallecano began the match dominating possession, but it was Osasuna who opened the scoring in the 29th minute with a goal by A. Budimir, assisted by J. Herrando. Rayo Vallecano did not back down and continued to seek the equalizer, which came in the 59th minute thanks to P. Ciss, who received a pass from I. Palazon.
