Arsenal Overwhelms Aston Villa at Emirates Stadium
London, England – Arsenal convincingly defeated Aston Villa in a match held at the Emirates Stadium, for matchday 19 of the Premier League. The match, officiated by Darren England, saw Arsenal with greater goal-scoring effectiveness, despite having slightly less possession than Aston Villa (47% against 53%).
The first half ended with two yellow cards, one for M. Merino of Arsenal and another for M. Rogers of Aston Villa. Arsenal unleashed their offensive in the second half.
