West Brom Stages Comeback Victory After Shaky Start Against Swansea
West Bromwich, England – In a thrilling match held at The Hawthorns, West Bromwich Albion mounted an impressive comeback against Swansea City, culminating in a final score of 3 to 2. The encounter, part of matchday 18 of the 2025 Championship season, promised excitement and delivered.
Swansea surprised the home side with a blistering start. Just a minute into the game, Z. Vipotnik, assisted by G. Franco, opened the scoring for the visitors. The home side’s efforts were finally rewarded in the 85th minute with a goal from J. Molumby, assisted by J. Maja, sealing the victory for West Brom. Swansea saw J. Key and L. Cullen booked in the 65th and 84th minutes respectively.
Despite the defeat, Swansea proved to be a tough opponent, making the most of their initial opportunities. West Brom, on the other hand, demonstrated resilience and solidity to take all three points at home.
