Universitatea Craiova and FC Noah Draw in Thrilling UEFA Europa Conference League Match
Craiova, October 23, 2025 – The Stadionul Ion Oblemenco was the scene of a hard-fought match between Universitatea Craiova and FC Noah, as part of the group stage of the UEFA Europa Conference League. The match ended in a draw that reflects the intensity and struggle on the pitch.
The first half was largely dominated by the home team, who controlled 48% of the possession and generated several scoring opportunities. However, the FC Noah defense remained solid, although they could not prevent M. Etim’s goal in the 38th minute, following an assist from A. Mekvabishvili, putting Universitatea Craiova ahead. Rough play was evident, with two yellow cards for the Romanian team before the break.
