Ried Clinches Victory in Card-Heavy Match
Ried, Austria – Ried secured a home victory against WSG Wattens in a Bundesliga match marked by intensity and discipline. A penalty converted by M. Grosse in the 15th minute gave Ried the initial lead, although the game was interrupted by numerous yellow cards, with a total of six shown to players from both teams during the match. The first half also had its share of drama with a goal disallowed for A. van Wyk due to offside just before halftime.
