Rangers advance to Semifinals in Hard-Fought Match at Ibrox
Glasgow, Scotland – Rangers defeated Hibernian in an emotionally charged match at Ibrox Stadium, securing their place in the League Cup semifinals. The match, refereed by Nick Walsh, featured moments of high tension and controversial decisions.
The first half saw Rangers take the lead thanks to a goal by N. Raskin in the 42nd minute, assisted by J. Tavernier. Just before halftime, B. Miovski extended the lead in the 45th minute. However, a goal by M. Boyle for Hibernian was disallowed by VAR in the 19th minute for a handball.
