Viking Crushes Fredrikstad in a Match Dominated by Efficiency
Stavanger, Norway – Viking convincingly defeated Fredrikstad in a match held at the Lyse Arena, corresponding to matchday 10 of the Eliteserien. The home team showed great efficiency in front of goal, making the most of their opportunities to secure the victory.
The first goal came early, in the 7th minute, thanks to A. Baertelsen, who received a precise assist from Z. Tripic. Despite Fredrikstad maintaining greater ball possession (57% compared to Viking’s 43%), they failed to translate that possession into clear scoring chances.
